Just wonder how will this US administration handle the new unprecedented developments in the Arabic World, the North African region to be precise. Would it continue to embrace old thought process, designed by old-school thinktanks of Kissinger’s
and his likes? Or shift away from the right-wing tilted foreign policy,
and start, never too late, treating the Arabs as a democratic-ready
people, give them a chance to change their fate, and inaugurate their
long awaited awakening and epochal moment. I wonder. I will be leaving a
room for startled optimism, but reluctant to celebrate.
